About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our Consulting & Technical team. As a Cyber Security Consultant at FRACTIS SA, you will be on the frontline of the response to cyber threats, helping our clients to fortify their defenses and navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.

A team member of the Technical and Consulting Division of the company, you will:

• Participate in IT and Cyber Security consulting projects for major organizations both in Greece and abroad.
• Be actively engaged in the implementation and the support of IT & Security solutions and platforms.
• Assist and in time take the lead on cyber risk assessments, as applicable to our client’s needs and based on international standards and frameworks.
• Participate in cyber security related governance and compliance consulting projects for major organizations.
• Participate in the crisis simulation training of senior executives, upper management and board members on how to react to cyber incidents.
• Become a key player in solving important problems on behalf of our clients in the cyber security space.

Essential criteria:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Cyber and/or IT engineer along with corresponding degrees or qualifications.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience on IT infrastructures and platforms which should include cloud based and virtualization technologies, networks, and latest implementation trends.
• Experience on IT and Cyber security topics, methodologies, principles, and technologies as well as knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security international standards, frameworks, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills verbal and written, in both Greek & English. Fluency in English is especially important.
• Ability to operate as a team player, respectful and aiming to have a positive impact to others.
• Diligent, adaptable, and agile with the ability to formulate technical and non-technical presentations.

Desirable criteria (will be considered a plus in your application):

• Fluency in French or German languages.
• Cyber security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF).
• Experience in the implementation and support of cyber security monitoring solutions.
